Payments
Payment for services listed on Your Dusty Attic must be made through our online payment system. We use a third-party payment processor to handle all transactions, and we do not store your credit card or other payment information.
Refunds
Refunds for services listed on Your Dusty Attic are subject to the following terms:
If you cancel a service before the contractor begins the work, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel a service after the contractor has begun the work, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If the contractor does not provide the service within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you may be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, you must contact us at alicia@yourdustyattic.com within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and provide us with evidence that the service was not provided.
Verification of Service
We may require verification that the service was not provided before issuing a refund. This may include providing us with photographs, video evidence, or other documentation of the service.
Disputes
If you have a dispute with a contractor over the quality or completion of a service, you should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the contractor. If you are unable to resolve the issue, you may contact us at alicia@yourdustyattic.com for assistance.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or other payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account and pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Payment Policy at any time, without prior notice, by posting the revised policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
