Go to Dashboard to onboard.
Click on the “Get Paid With Stripe” button.
Fill in your personal and company information, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and tax identification number (TIN). Make sure to provide accurate information as this will be used for identity verification.
Once you’ve filled in the required information, you will be prompted to connect your payment method. You can either connect your bank account or debit card for ACH payments or add your credit card information for card payments.
After connecting your payment method, you can submit your company information to the company for review. This usually involves providing documentation such as a business license, insurance certificate, or proof of liability coverage.
Once your company information has been reviewed and approved by the company, you will receive a notification from Stripe Connect.
At this point, you can start receiving payments for completed jobs. You will be able to manage your payouts directly from your dashboard.
To manage your payouts, go to your dashboard and click on the “Payments” tab. Here, you can see all of your completed jobs and their associated payments.
You can choose to transfer your payouts to your connected bank account or debit card. You can also view your payout history and upcoming payouts.
Stripe Connect also provides tools for managing your tax reporting and compliance. You can access these tools from your dashboard and download any necessary tax forms.
And that’s it! By following these steps, contractors can easily sign up with their company information, submit it to the company, and manage their payouts from their dashboard using Stripe Connect.
